Guest Experience Notes:
At Tug Hill Estate, each dish is freshly prepared as you order it, from start to finish. When we say freshly prepared, we mean that literally: meat is sliced as it is ordered, vegetables are steamed as they are ordered, most dishes are baked as they are ordered- not before. Even our more ‘prepared’ dishes, such as lasagna, braised beef and pulled pork, are made today, in-house, using fresh, local ingredients*. We work as quickly as we can to bring you a fantastic meal, but we are not fast food, as quality takes a little more time. Thank you for dining with us and we look forward to seeing you again!
