We offer a number of dining options to fit your schedule and your taste buds! Whether you want a sandwich, a salad, some soup, a snack or a bottomless buffet, we’ve got you covered! All of our menu items are made in-house, from scratch by real people using as many fresh, local ingredients as we can find.
ESTATE MENU
The Vintner’s Lounge is located in the lowest section of our building. Please follow the appropriate signs upon arrival to ensure you make it to the correct place. Food is served cafe style , and is VERY casual- there are no reservations required and there is no tableside service.

LOCAL CHARCUTERIE BOARD- local summer sausage and ring bologna from local meat markets, extra sharp cheddar and a Cheese of the Day, crackers, fresh or dried fruit, and a beer mustard sauce. (GF- crackers on side) $24

CROGHAN BOLOGNA SLIDERS- Almost world famous, these Croghan Bologna sliders give you a proper taste of Lewis County- all in one bite! Croghan bologna, sharp cheddar and a touch of our mayo-brewpub mustard mix on three sweet Hawaiian rolls. Served with your choice of side & a pickle. $12

Made from Estate-raised and locally processed beef.
PIMENTO CHEESEBURGER- Two perfectly seasoned smashburgers, pimento cheese, lettuce and roasted red pepper mayo on a salted pretzel bun. Served with your choice of side and a pickle. $18
BACON MUENSTERBURGER- Again, two perfect smashburger patties, melted muenster, smoked bacon, mayo and lettuce, tomato & onion. Challah roll. Served with your choice of a side and pickle. $18

Our brunch is a bottomless buffet. Guests may enjoy as many visits to the buffet as they would like. The cost is $28 for adults, $25 for seniors & military, $16 for children ages 6-12, and children 5 and under eat for FREE. Beverages, tax and gratuity are charged separately.

SUMMER FOOD & WINE DINNER and DANCING
Friday, July 18th, 2025 at 6 pm
Three-course dinner, including an appetizer, dinner and dessert with pleasant dinner music provided by Phil DuMond. Following the dinner portion, Phil will kick it up a notch and provide some lovely tunes for an evening of dancing.
The cost for this is $45, plus tax and gratuity for a dinner with the wine pairings, or $40 without the wine pairings. Reservations may be made via OpenTable or by calling 315-376-4336.

If you’re going to take the time to visit us, you may as well be prepared to stay a while! We offer a variety of relaxing activities (or non-activities), such as u-pick berries & fruits, yard games, self-guided walks of the property (grab a map at the Vintner’s Lounge), or even just sitting in one of our Adirondack chairs on the lawn, enjoying a glass of one of our award-winning wines or a wine slushie and enjoying the gorgeous view of the Black River Valley & Adirondack Mountains.
COMING UP
TUG HILL ESTATE BLUEBERRY FESTIVAL
Saturday, July 26, 2025
11 am – 6 pm
Right at the peak of ripeness, we bring to you, the 2025 Tug Hill Estate Blueberry Festival! Guests can enjoy free music, samples of locally made blueberry products, and free samples of our Blueberry Wine, Blueberry Hard Cider and Blueberry Vodka, for those aged 21 and over. Live music can be found in the pergola below the garden area. Kickstand will be performing from 11-2 and Tony “Long Toes” Levesque with entertain us from 2-5.
Bring your own lawn chairs if you’d like to sit and enjoy the music, or enjoy seating on our terrace. Yard games will be set up on the lawn, and attendees can expect a visit from the Blueberry Buds for our festivities.
An entire blueberry-themed menu will be available in the Vintner’s Lounge and the upstairs dining area. We’ve opened the second area to make ordering easier and quicker by shortening lines, lessening wait times and offering additional seating. We will also have specialty blueberry-themed beverages for sale, as well- both with* and without alcohol. Guests may enjoy Blueberry Wine Slushies, Blueberry Basil Lemonade or Blueberry Sangria.
There will be special Blueberry Festival pricing on U-pick blueberries on this day, and on all of our Tug Hill blueberry items sold in the Vintner’s Lounge. Gretchen & Derek will be offering traditional wine tasting and tours throughout the day in the Processing Building for just $10.
Katey Bakes will be on the premises with her delicious cupcakes and treats, and there will be a tent set up on the great lawn with locally-made or distributed blueberry products, such as blueberry jam, muffins, scones, etc for guests to sample FREE OF CHARGE.
This year, we plan to make navigating the festival a little easier. Along with parking assistants upon arrival, we plan to have maps, bigger signage and people designated to help guide folks to the fun!

*All alcoholic beverages consumed on the premises must be purchased at Tug Hill Estate. Bringing your own alcohol to our property is a violation of New York State Liquor Authority guidelines, and absolutely not permitted. Those found in possession of alcoholic beverages not purchased here will be asked to put them back in their vehicle, or leave.
Vineyard Dogs & Our Pet Policy
We have two working dogs who live on the property named Bailey & Cooper. They are Walker Coonhound X Golden Retriever crosses who spend their days and nights keeping all animals that could potentially be destructive to the grapevines and fruits out of the fields. While they are generally friendly (and are usually very sweet), they are NOT PETS! We ask that you do not touch them while you are visiting so they can continue to work or rest. Ignoring them completely is best (even though it’s super hard!), and will ensure that you have a pleasant experience.
PLEASE WATCH CHILDREN AND PETS CAREFULLY when you are out in the field. Again, our working dogs are not pets, and have very few manners- they will jump if you try to give them attention, or nip if they are resting and are startled awake (mostly Cooper). We don’t want anyone’s children, pets or self getting hurt, so please use common sense and respect our directives. There are reminders posted around the property. (We do have the option to secure Cooper while you are visiting, but we do ask that you call us ahead of time and let us know when you plan to visit so we have time to accommodate your request prior to your arrival. It may not always be possible to secure him at the last minute.)
OUR PET POLICY is as follows: Pets are most definitely allowed on the property, but they are not permitted inside the buildings. Pets must stay outside and be leashed. Service animals are welcome.
U-Pick Fruits
June 28, 2025: Guess what?! We finally have a few raspberries ready! Until the U-pick shed is open, please check in at the Vintner’s Lounge. Raspberries are $4.50 per lb, or $4. As soon as blueberries are ready, we will let you know. Thank you!
