On March 25, we cordially invite all to our Spring Dinner from 6-8 pm. We are offering a truly delightful menu that can be found below. Each meal includes one appetizer, one entree and one dessert (beverages not included). Reservations can be made by visiting OpenTable or by calling us 315-376-4336.
Appetizer Options
Baked Lasagna Cup- A ramekin of homemade lasagna baked with layers of herbed ricotta cheese and a meaty marinara sauce. Served with garlic bread.
Spring Avocado Toasts- Toasted baguette topped with mashed avocado, red bell peppers and fresh arugula, finished with a drizzle of sweet and tangy balsamic glace and parmesan cheese. *This dish is vegetarian!
Shrimp and Arugula Salad- Fresh peppery arugula topped with green onions, grape tomatoes, pan seared shrimp and feta cheese. Served with a white balsamic vinaigrette. *This dish is Gluten Free!
Entree Options
Cornish Game Hen- Baked until golden with a lemon pepper spice blend and served with parmesan pesto risotto and roasted asparagus. *
Garlic Rosemary Rack of Lamb- A roasted frenched rack of lamb cooked to medium rare, served with parmesan pesto risotto and roasted asparagus. Can be cooked to well done upon request.*
Spring Pasta Primavera- Bell peppers, asparagus, broccoli, peas and grape tomatoes, tossed with pasta in a lemon cream sauce with parmesan cheese. Served with garlic bread. *This dish is vegetarian!
