The Perfect Vineyard Event
Tug Hill Vineyards, in addition to popular public events, also hosts a variety of private events. Private Events at the Vineyard are memorable experiences; our hillside estate, timber-frame banquet hall, rustic fireplace, premium wine and spirits, and panoramic view of the Black River Valley are sure to make an impression on your guests.
We offer flexible, scaled rental packages.
The Banquet Hall can be rented independent of Tug Hill Vineyards Catering Services.
If you’re planning a meal during your event, private catering can be arranged based on pre-approval of the events coordinator. Brunches and Luncheons of 20 attendants, and Dinners of 30 attendants are eligible to use Tug Hill Vineyards Catering Services. Events using Tug Hill Vineyards Catering Services that exceed 40 attendants will have the hourly rental charge waived. Our venue includes manicured gardens, an expansive event lawn, and a pergola area and patio that allows for an outdoor bar and relaxed cocktail hour.
The timber-frame banquet hall can comfortably seat 160 people utilizing the porch in the warmer months. The main dining hall can seat up to 80, but can be rearranged to accomodate smaller groups easily. The Hall’s prominent location on our hillside vineyard allows it to benefit from the Tug Hill breeze, high heat conditions in the summer can be alleviated with air conditioning to keep your guests comfortable. In the cooler months, our brick faced fireplace helps to take to chill off and serves as a welcoming focal point.

Our Private Bookings Calendars is a quick reference guide to view if your prospective event date is available. Events are considered booked when deposit is received and contract is signed. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have.
Red – Event planned for after 2pm. (Please inquire for morning/luncheon events)
Orange – Event planned prior to 2pm
Green – Available, with the exception of Sunday’s
