At Tug Hill Estate, we take great pride in producing delicious food, with as much as possible being made from scratch, right here in our very own kitchen, with the freshest, most local ingredients we can find.

LOCAL CHARCUTERIE BOARD
A local board featuring ring bologna and summer sausage from Red Barn, cheese from Lowville Producers’, an assortment of crackers, dried fruit, candied nuts and mustard sauce. This can easily be shared amongst 4-6 people. 22
