Seatings are staggered between 10:00 am and 12:30

At Tug Hill Estate, we take great pride in producing delicious food, with as much as possible being made from scratch, right here in our very own kitchen, with the freshest, most local ingredients we can find.

STARTERS

SOUP OF THE DAY 

A bowl of freshly prepared, homemade soup, served with crackers or baguette. 8

 

PRETZEL BITES

Soft baked pretzel bites served with sweet cinnamon butter and mustard sauce for dipping. 10

 

LOCAL CHARCUTERIE BOARD 

A local board featuring ring bologna and summer sausage from Red Barn, cheese from Lowville Producers’, an assortment of crackers, dried fruit, candied nuts and mustard sauce. This can easily be shared amongst 4-6 people. 22

 

ENTREES

SPRING PECAN SALAD 

Fresh greens topped with dried cranberries, red bell peppers, green onions and candied pecans. Served with our house made maple balsamic vinaigrette. 11

MEDITERRANEAN CAVATAPPI 

Cavatappi pasta tossed with tomatoes, artichoke hearts, capers and spinach in a garlic butter white wine sauce and finished with feta cheese. 13

Cavatappi pasta with red bell peppers, broccoli and peas in a creamy basil alfredo sauce. 12

A mild salmon filet baked with a parmesan and pesto crust. Served with your choice of side. 16

 

ROSEMARY GARLIC STEAK MEDALLIONS Tender medallions of shoulder loin steak, pan seared to order and topped with an herbed rosemary garlic butter. Served with your choice of one side. 16

 

MARGHERITA CHICKEN 

Pan seared chicken breast, with balsamic and grape tomatoes, topped with melted mozzarella and fresh basil. Served with your choice of side. 14
