At this time, guests are cordially invited to our Valentine Food & Wine Pairing Dinner on either Saturday, February 11 or Tuesday, February 14 at 6pm. The evening will begin with a complimentary grazing board and specialty cocktail upon arrival. Once everyone has arrived and is seated, our four course dinner will begin.
The first course will be a burrata salad with brandy peach jam, baby arugula, melon, pistachios and fig balsamic.
The second course includes a light, Caribbean-inspired chicken soup as a precursor to our entree course.
The entree course has three options for you to choose:
– Roasted Salmon Filet topped with a lemongrass-mustard-dill reduction and served with wild mushroom risotto and steamed asparagus
-Coffee & Pepper Crusted Beef Medallions- served with parmesan rosti, truffle butter and a steamed broccoli & cauliflower duo
or
-Butternut Squash Ravioli- with a brown butter-cinnamon-sage sauce (vegetarian option) served with a house made French bread stick and a side of steamed asparagus
Finally, the dessert course is a decadent tiramisu, featuring our very own Tug Hill Spirits Maple Rum and Tug Hill Artisan Roasters Dark Roast.
Each of these courses will be perfectly paired with a Tug Hill Vineyards wine, which brings out the unique flavors of each pairing. Over the course of the dinner, each guest will be served the equivalent of just over two full glasses of wine. The wine pairings will be revealed the night of the dinner.
The cost for this dinner is $60 per person, or $50 if any guest chooses to enjoy the dinner without the wine pairings. Reservations can be made via OpenTable or by contacting us at 315-376-4336. Upon making your reservations, please let us know if there are any allergies our chef should be aware of. Thank you and we look forward to serving you.
