Pricing for the buffet:

Adults $26 – Military and Seniors $24 -Children 12-6 $15 – Children under 5 FREE

Seatings are staggered between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm. You may enjoy multiple visits to the buffet.

At Tug Hill Estate, we take great pride in producing delicious food, with as much as possible being made from scratch, right here in our very own kitchen, with the freshest, most local ingredients we can find.

Starters

  • Local Charcuterie Board- $22
  • Pretzel Bites- $10
  • Dip of the Day- A specialty dip served piping hot with soft pretzels and tortilla chips for dipping. Ask for tonight’s flavor. $10

Entrees

  • Rustic 3 Bean Chili- A crock of homemade chili with local ground beef and a blend of 3 different beans, then topped with cheddar cheese. Served with crackers. *Gluten free without the crackers $10
  • Autumn Caesar Salad- Mixed greens, candied pecans, grilled chicken, dried cranberries and parmesan cheese. Served with a side of creamy caesar dressing. (If you’d prefer our signature maple balsamic vinaigrette, just ask!) *can be made vegetarian without the grilled chicken *Always Gluten Free $13
  • Ranch Street Tacos- Made with local ground beef and served build your own style with soft flour tortillas. Comes with sharp cheddar cheese, lettuce, fresh salsa and sour cream. Like it spicy? Just ask for a side of pickled jalapeños.  *Can be made Gluten Free by subbing lettuce cups for the tortillas $12
  • Mac and Cheese of the Day- Always homemade- ask your server for tonight’s flavor.  *You can always request this dish without meat! $12
  • Bourbon Bleu Cheese Flatbread- grilled chicken, sweet heat bourbon sauce, green onions and a blend of crumbled bleu cheese and sharp cheddar, baked onto a flatbread crust. Don’t like bleu cheese? Just ask for it without! $14
  • BBQ Beef Brisket Sandwich- So good we had to keep it on the menu! Smokey and tender beef brisket smothered in bbq sauce and served on a fresh roll with a side of chips and a pickle. $15

Desserts 

  • Brownie Sundae for 2- It really is big enough to share! Decadent brownie topped with vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce and whipped cream. – $9
  • Dessert special- Ask your server about tonight’s special dessert!

We’re back in fall/winter mode, which means a limited menu in the Vintner’s Lounge. We will offering the items below ONLY.

Lounge Eats:

LOCAL CHARCUTERIE BOARDS- Local summer sausage and ring bologna from local meat markets, extra sharp cheddar and a  Cheese of the Day, crackers, olives or pickles, fresh or dried fruit and a beer mustard sauce. *contains nuts $20

PRETZEL BITES- warmed, salty pretzel bites served with brew pub mustard and our house made cinnamon honey butter $10
