Caribbean Shrimp Salad
Cajun seared jumbo shrimp on a bed of mixed greens with red bell peppers, grape tomatoes, fresh avocado, and a sweet and tangy pineapple vinaigrette
Hand-Carved Prime Rib
Served medium rare with a side of horseradish sauce, creamy cheddar balsamic risotto, and steamed broccoli.
