St. Patrick’s Dinner – March 17th

Guinness Beef Stew- A hearty stew of tender beef, carrots, onions and potatoes in a rich beer gravy. Available as a cup or a bowl. Served with fresh bread.
Jumbo Soft Pretzel- Perfect for sharing! Served with a trio of dipping sauces: dijon beer mustard, sweet cinnamon butter, and a wholegrain brewpub mustard.
Irish Nachos- Rustic kettle chips smothered with a homemade beer cheese sauce, crumbled bacon and green onions, served with sour cream.
Green Caesar Salad- A blend of hearty kale and fresh romaine with green onions, bell peppers, avocado, and parmesan cheese. Served with a creamy Caesar dressing. *May add chicken
Corned Beef and Cabbage- Tender corned beef cooked long and slow with cabbage, carrots, and potatoes. Served with thick sliced crusty bread.
Classic Reuben- Tender corned beef, swiss cheese, Thousand Islands, and sauerkraut on toasted marbled rye. Comes with rustic chips and a pickle. *Also available with hand carved turkey instead of corned beef!
Brewpub Chicken Flatbread- Grilled chicken, green onions, cheddar cheese and tomatoes with a wholegrain brewpub mustard spread baked onto a flatbread and then finished with a drizzle of homemade beer cheese sauce.
Irish Cream Creme Brulee- A homemade vanilla Irish Cream baked custard, topped with caramelized sugar and a drizzle of delicious Irish Cream sauce.
Mint Brownie Sundae- A fudgy brownie topped with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, chopped thin mints, and drizzled with a minty chocolate sauce.
