On Friday, August 12, we will be offering a four course, food and wine pairing dinner featuring dishes either made or enhanced by the grill. As always, each of the four courses (listed below) will be paired with one of our Tug Hill Vineyards wines by our team of experts and will be shared with you this evening.
Grilled Food & Wine Pairing Menu:
Appetizer course: Grilled Ribs with homemade blueberry bourbon barbecue sauce made from estate grown blueberries. Served with a piece of grilled cornbread.
Salad course: Garden Papaya Salad- mixed greens topped with fresh papaya, grilled tomatoes, zesty nasturtium leaves and green onions with a honey lime vinaigrette.
Entree course: Smoky Dry Rubbed Steak OR Portobello Mushroom with a skewer of grilled shrimp in garlic butter. Served with seasonal sides from locally sourced produce.
Dessert course: Cinnamon Grilled Peaches served with homemade mascarpone ice cream and a pecan crumble.
The cost for this dinner is $55 per person, and does not include tax, gratuity or additional beverages. Reservations can be made by visiting OpenTable or by calling 315-376-4336. When you call, or in the notes section of your reservation on OpenTable, please indicate whether you would like the portobello mushroom or the steak, with preferred level of finish, for your entree course. Weather permitting, we will be serving on the terrace, but in the event of rain, we will serve dinner on the porch.
