Friday Night Dinner- March 5th

Base Price per person $25, dinner selections, and payment due night of the event. Reservations available online through Open Table or by calling 315-376-4336.

Choice of 1 Appetizer:

  • Fresh Bruschetta- Toasted bread, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil, drizzled with sweet and tangy balsamic glaze.
  • Wild Mushroom Ravioli- Jumbo ravioli in a creamy garlic basil sauce, topped with fresh tomatoes and parmesan cheese.

Choice of 1 Salad:

  • Winter Caesar- Romaine lettuce with parmesan cheese, dried cranberries, pickled red onions, and sunflower seeds, with a creamy caesar dressing.
  • Pecan and Feta Salad- Fresh greens with tomatoes, green onions, glazed pecans, and feta cheese, with our signature maple balsamic vinaigrette.

Choice of 1 Entree:

  • Gourmet Mac and Cheese- Pasta in a creamy sharp cheddar cheese sauce, sprinkled with buttery homemade bread crumbs.
  • Baked Lemon Pepper Fish- A red snapper seasoned with fresh lemon and cracked pepper served with wild rice and roasted root vegetables.
  • Chicken Marsala- Grilled chicken with mushrooms and onions in a sweet marsala wine sauce. Served with roasted potatoes and root vegetables.
