Friday Night Dinner June 11th.

 

Seating times staggered from 5-7:30. Guests are welcome to enjoy our Vintner’s Lounge and Gardens before or after dinner. $30/ person payable table side at the event.

MENU

Each guest can select one item from each section upon arrival, desserts priced separate.

 

APPETIZERS

Lobster Flatbread– A flatbread baked with sweet Lobster Sensations, red bell peppers, green onions, and a blend of ricotta and parmesan cheese. Finished with a drizzle of sweet and tangy balsamic glaze.

Zucchini and Parmesan Soup– A steaming cup of creamy soup made with fresh zucchini, yellow squash, and parmesan cheese. Served with a slice of cheesy garlic bread.

 

SALADS

Blueberry Almond Arugula– Fresh peppery arugula topped with feta cheese, toasted almonds, green onions and fresh blueberries, served with a sweet and tangy blueberry balsamic vinaigrette. *contains nuts

Summer Spinach– Fresh baby spinach topped with bell peppers, cucumbers, dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds, served with a creamy lemony version of Green Goddess dressing.

 

ENTREES

Golden BBQ Ribs– A half rack of tender ribs grilled with sweet and smoky golden barbecue sauce. Served with rosemary roasted potatoes and seasoned lentils.

Coconut Chicken and Shrimp– A grilled chicken breast topped with sautéed baby shrimp in a creamy coconut sauce and toasted coconut. Served with rice pilaf and rainbow carrots.

Stuffed Portobello– A large portobello mushroom baked with sun dried tomatoes, spinach and parmesan cheese. Finished with a drizzle of balsamic glaze and fresh basil. Served with rice pilaf and seasoned lentils. *vegetarian

Steak au Poivre– A tender pan seared steak coated in fresh cracked black pepper and topped with a creamy beef and red wine gravy. Served with rosemary roasted potatoes and rainbow carrots.

 

DESSERTS

$7 each

Blueberry Shortcake– A sweet biscuit piled high with delicious estate blueberries in syrup and fluffy whipped cream.

Salted Caramel Waffle Sundae– A warm Belgian waffle topped with vanilla ice cream, decadent salted caramel, whipped cream and crunchy toffee pieces.

Flourless Chocolate Cake– Rich and indulgent homemade chocolate cake. *Gluten Free
