On Saturday, June 4, Tug Hill Estate welcomes you to join us for an evening of a five course, farm-to-table meal*, perfectly paired wines for each course and beautiful views.
Dinner will begin promptly at 6 pm. The cost for this dinner is $75 per person ($60 per person- dry dinner) and the set menu can be found below. *The majority of this meal is gluten free, or can be made gluten free.
Reservations can be made on OpenTable, but for parties of 5 or more, we ask that you call 315-376-4336 to make your reservation.
Spring Farm-To-Table Wine Pairing Dinner:
First Course: Farm Fresh Relish Board- marinated cherry tomatoes, olives, mozzarella balls and locally cured meats with crostini and dipping oil.
Second Course: Cranberry Balsamic Braised Lamb served over fresh arugula
Third Course: Farm Stand Minestrone Soup- brothy soup made with seasonal, fresh vegetables and pasta
Fourth Course: Choice of perfectly seasoned Cornish Game Hen or Estate-grown steak topped with garlic, rosemary butter. Served with seasonal sides, fresh from the farmer’s market. (Please indicate preferred level of doneness for your steak upon making your reservation.)
Fifth Dessert Course: Dark Chocolate Flourless Torte with Homemade, Raspberry Swirl Ice Cream made from estate-grown raspberries
