On November 18 and November 19, we invite you to join us for our Fall Harvest Food & Wine Pairing Dinner. Each of the courses listed below will be carefully paired with one of our treasured Tug Hill Vineyards wine options. Dinner is served to all guests at the same time, and will begin at 6 pm.  Reservations are required and are limited to 50 guests per night. November Food and Wine Dinner

Appetizer Course

Caramelized Butternut and Crab Flatbread- with a white garlic sauce, fresh mozzarella, crispy kale and dollops of ricotta cheese.

Soup Course

Mushroom and Marsala Bisque- a rich and creamy bisque with sweet marsala wine and earthy portobello mushrooms.

Entree Course

Roasted Butterkin and Seared Steak- Sliced, locally grown Butterkin, a butternut-pumpkin hybrid, roasted with a sage and rosemary butter from Black River Valley Natural, finished with a drizzle of cider sour cream sauce. Paired with seasoned lentils and tender steak, seared with the same herb butter and cooked to medium rare. If you prefer your steak well done let us know when you make your reservation!

Dessert Course

Sweet Potato Pecan Pie Trifle- two fall favorites combined into one delicious layered dessert. If you have a nut allergy please let us know when you make your reservation! We would be happy to accommodate you with a nut-free dessert.


*All guests are served the same courses at the same time to give us a chance to discuss the dish and the wine pairings.
